✅ Eligible Returns

We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation)
  • Item must not be a clearance or final-sale item

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products (e.g., opened oil containers)
  • Returns requested after 14 days of delivery
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

📦 How to Request a Return

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will review and provide return instructions.

💡 Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was incorrect or defective.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it:

  • We will notify you if your refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake with your order.

📸 Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage and your order number
  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item, please return the original product (if eligible), and place a new order.


❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, they must follow the return process.
