✅ Eligible Returns
We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation)
- Item must not be a clearance or final-sale item
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products (e.g., opened oil containers)
- Returns requested after 14 days of delivery
- Custom or special-order items
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
📦 How to Request a Return

💳 Refunds

📸 Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged:

🔁 Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product (if eligible), and place a new order.
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, they must follow the return process.
